Corrugated
Plastic Marketed under many brands, this is a light
weight, low cost substrate. It comes in a variety of
colors and can be used indoors and for short term (12
months) outdoors. It is 1/8" thick and comes in a
maximum size of 4'x8'. It is popular with realtors and
makes excellent temporary directional signs, and is used
for special events and promos.

PVC-Sintra,Celtec,
or Trovicel brands
This is a versatile plastic
material that comes in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm(1/8"),
6mm(1/4"), and 10mm thickness. It has a smooth matte
finish and is suitable for long indoor life and medium
outdoor life. Excellent material for interior
architectural signs, point of purchase, trade shows,
sandwich boards, special events, directional signs, etc.
In fact PVC is so versatile that it can be used for
almost anything. The 1mm thickness can be rolled and this
makes it ideal for large trade show signs.

 Polystyrene
Light weight and resilient, this material is
good for indoor use. It yellows and becomes brittle
outdoors. Good uses are point of purchase and small wall
mounted directional signs.

Wood
Medium Density Overlay (MDO)
plywood. Our MDO can be painted with any custom color.
The standard has a beautiful white enamel finish. MDO is
plywood laminated with a wood fiber veneer for a smooth stable surface.
The sheets come in 1/2" thickness and
is available in sizes up to 4'x10'. Omega Board. This is
a 1/2" thick plywood with both sides coated out in a
heavy duty vinyl covering. Sizes are available up to
4'x8'. All edges are wrapped with a heavy duty plastic
"U" channel and sealed inside with silicone
sealer to protect for the weather. Excellent choice for
construction site signs, real estate signs, business ID
signs, etc.. |
Acrylic-Plexiglas,
Acrylite, Lexan, Polycarbonate brands
Acrylic is primarily used for long
term indoor and outdoor signage. Acrylic is
excellent for high quality looking indoor signage. It
comes in many colors and can be custom painted on the
second surface. Lexan and Polycarbonate varieties are
used for internally illuminated outdoor signs. These
varieties are premium materials because of their almost
indestructibility.

Aluminum
We use .080
Aluminum sign blanks that have a baked enamel finish on
one or two sides. It comes in a variety of colors and is
perfect for long term outdoor use. Traffic control use is
probably what most of us are familiar with but it is also
excellent for real estate site signs, business ID signs,
industrial park signs, etc. |
Alumalite and Dibond
These materials are all aluminum laminated
to different material cores. One brand
sandwiches a core
of PVC, and the other a corrugated plastic. Theses
materials are very long lasting outdoors and provide the
strength of plywood at very much lighter weights. Perfect
for large industrial signs, high quality business ID
signs, etc. Super smooth finish. |
Magnetics
Primarily
used for advertising on the side of vehicles. It is
flexible and will conform to the gentle curves of cars
and trucks. They are removable and will provide years of
cost effective advertising as long as they are properly
cared for. When sizing your vehicle for the signs be sure
that they will not be placed over any trim or molding.
Any air going under the magnetic may cause them to blow
off when driving. We provide a proper care brochure that
will tell you how to take care of these signs. |

Cards
Temporary signage. 14 ply posterboard is
widely used in trade shows, promos, special events,
directional or informational signage, charts and
presentations. Interior use only and not washable like
the plastic materials.
